Workbook Lesson 44
"God is the light in which I see. "
Interpreted by Roberta Gallop
Daily Welcome: Hi all, welcome and have an enjoyable and delightful day. I am always happy to see ya comin, and I get excited to find out what cool things we will do. Today let's wear our kaleidoscope glasses and stumble to our next destination, in a joyous fashion, after hugs of Course. Please remember you are never alone, and to always wear your support system like a fuzzy security blanket. These glasses are so trippy, they remind me of the time… well, that's for another story. Last one on the path is a half-cooked spaghetti.
Prayer: My kind and gentle creator, thank you for making all of this for me, and for tagging along with me while I play with it, and to think most kids just get dolls and Legos for Christmas. You are my light, you are my hope, my fun, my breath and everything else. Please bring me closer to you, please help me to recognize you in all ways. Please send your Wholly Spirit to be with me every step of the way and grant me knowledge of your Wholly will for me and the power to carry that out. Please remove from me the illusion of freewill so that I can feel our oneness everyway possible. Thank you for teaching me and loving me. Allways.
Workbook Lesson: "God is the light in which I see. " Not only is God with me always, but it is also only through the Light of God that I see anything. Darkness is interesting, I am still trying to figure out what darkness is, but it may be quite literally the lack of light (which is impossible. It's strange though, because if God is light and the totality of everything, wouldn't light be in the darkness too? Within the dimensions light is not just white it has been separated into different frequencies of light, that's where the colors come from. God is all everything, including light. It is interesting because I see light around the edges of everything I look at, like the walls, my hands, and I even see it within the shapes I am looking at like a cup, or my PC, anything. Everything is light and everything is God, and that pretty much sums it up.
Thinking it Over: It is comforting to think of God as light, I thinking I'm create my own darkness myself, when I get caught up in my negativity, caught up in doubt, worries, fears, insecurities, judgments, criticism, and so on. It is still God's light that I make my illusions with, I just don't recognize it while I am caught in self-will. This is a lesson I get, because as I continue to awaken, I see more light and less form, it's starting to get a transparent quality to it. What do you see? How do you see what you see?
Tips & Tricks: People call the light around things auras, and depending on the colors of the aura it says something about the way the person is feeling and what they are thinking. I guess we are influenced by the color of energy that we draw to ourselves, but I sometimes wonder if we have a preconceived idea of the color we are bringing in and change our moods accordingly. Just a little ponder, I love pondering, but when it comes to the Course that is not really a good idea, because that is where my projections, expectations and descriptions come from.
Upon Closing: That was quite the interesting experience, having my distorted light become even more distorted, it got so wonky I fell down at least 50 times. But even with all that fracturing going on I could still feel and hear you guys trudging, stumbling and swearing along beside me. As we start getting the hint that everything is God playing with Himself including us, it takes a lot of the guess work out of it. "Nothing is real, nothing to get hung about, Strawberry fields forever, living is easy with eyes closed misunderstanding all you see…", Have a gentle and yummy rest, see ya tomorrow.
Love & Light, Riki 🌈
